Ahmad Aiman As-Syukree, diploma graduate from France, chooses UMPSA
GAMBANG, 8 March 2025 – Ahmad Aiman As-Syukree, a diploma graduate from the Institut Universitaire Technologie de Tours (IUT de Tours), France, officially registered today as a new student at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) to further his studies in the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Honours.
The 24-year-old from Kuching, Sarawak, expressed that choosing UMPSA was the right decision, as the university is recognised as one of the best TVET education institutions in Malaysia.
“I chose UMPSA because it is one of the top TVET universities in Malaysia, and the programmes offered provide excellent job opportunities,” he confidently explained.
Previously, Ahmad Aiman completed his diploma studies in Electrical and Computer Science in France.
He also studied at Sekolah Menengah Sains Kuching Utara, where he achieved outstanding results in the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with 7A+ and 2A.
Excited and proud to begin his studies at UMPSA, he shared that the opportunity has motivated him to continue learning, although he admitted to feeling slightly nervous due to the different environment compared to his previous experiences.
Regarding his aspirations, Ahmad Aiman As-Syukree hopes that his academic journey will run smoothly and that all the knowledge he gains will be applicable in his life.
“I also hope that the knowledge I acquire will help me become the best version of myself and enable me to contribute to my family, community, religion, and country,” he stated.
Accompanied by his parents during registration, Ahmad Aiman As-Syukree also expressed gratitude to his family for their unwavering support throughout his academic journey.
“I am deeply grateful to my mother, father, and family for their efforts in supporting me and for their words of encouragement to pursue my studies.
“I also appreciate UMPSA for assisting me with the registration process,” he added.
With great enthusiasm, Ahmad Aiman As-Syukree hopes that his experience at UMPSA will serve as a stepping stone towards achieving his ambitions and making a positive impact on society.
