UMPSA santuni media dan rakan kolaborasi dalam Majlis Iftar ‘Indahnya Ramadan’

KUANTAN, 5 Mac 2026 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) terus memperkukuh hubungan strategik bersama pengamal media dan rakan kolaborasi menerusi penganjuran Majlis Iftar UMPSA Bersama Media dan Rakan Kolaborasi bertemakan ‘Indahnya Ramadan’ yang berlangsung di Swiss-Bel Hotel, Kuantan.

Majlis dengan semangat Ramadan al-Mubarak itu berjaya menghimpunkan lebih 60 pengamal media daripada agensi media cetak, televisyen, radio, portal berita dalam talian dan agensi kreatif serta digital di negeri ini. 

UMPSA receives ASEAN’s first EcoCampus Green Flag recognition

GAMBANG, 13 February 2026 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) has been recognised as the first higher education institution in ASEAN to receive the international EcoCampus Green Flag recognition.
With this recognition, UMPSA is now at the forefront as a technical university grounded in green TVET and sustainable innovation recognised at the global level.

UMPSA implements Attendance Recording Method using geofencing (polygon) feature

PEKAN, 12 February 2026 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) has implemented the Check-In and Check-Out Attendance Recording Method using the geofencing (polygon) feature, effective from 9 February 2026 (Monday).

With this implementation, staff only need to be within the designated geofencing area and are no longer required to connect to the UMPSA Wi-Fi network for Check-In and/or Check-Out purposes.

UMPSA30 Strategic Plan focuses on 4 main strategic thrusts towards impactful excellence

GAMBANG, 13 February 2026 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) launched the Strategic Plan 2026–2030 (UMPSA30) focusing on four main strategic thrusts, namely Internationalisation, Sustainability, Advanced TVET, and Entrepreneurship, in support of the aspirations of the Malaysia Higher Education Plan (RPTM) 2026–2035, particularly in the aspects of graduate employability, impactful excellence, sustainability, and institutional resilience.

GAMBANG, 13 February 2026 – The Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Professor Ts. Dr. Yatimah Alias announced four strategic thrusts themed K.I.T.A, comprising Kelestarian, Kewangan, and Keusahawanan (K), Inovasi dan Industri (I), TVET Termaju dan Bakat (T), and Akademik, Antarabangsa dan Alumni (A) to ensure UMPSA remains relevant and competitive in line with the aspirations of the Malaysia Higher Education Plan (RPTM) 2026–2035.
