Kuantan, 8 September 2020 - Pelajar universiti perlu mengambil peluang menceburi bidang logistik dan penggunaan platform digital bagi memperkasa industri logistik di negara ini seiring dengan hasrat negara Malaysia yang bakal menjadi hab logistik utama di wilayah Asia Tenggara.
Kuantan, 8 September 2020 – Pengentalan susu merupakan proses pertama bagi penghasilan keju atau dadih dan biasanya dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan ekstrak enzim daripada perut anak haiwan seperti lembu, kambing dan khinzir.
Melihat kepada keadaan ini, pensyarah Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi Industri (FSTI), Profesor Madya Dr. Jaya Vejayan a/l Palliah telah menghasilkan pengental susu menggunakan campuran ekstrak tiga buah-buahan tempatan iaitu mangga, nanas dan mengkudu.

(BASF) dan Volkswagen Group Malaysia (VGM) dinobatkan sebagai penerima Anugerah Rakan Industri Terbaik dalam Majlis Apresiasi bersempena Hari Inovasi & Kualiti Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) 2020 yang berlangsung di Dewan Kompleks Sukan, UMP Gambang baru-baru ini.
Kuantan, 28 Ogos 2020 - Staf Pusat Sukan dan Kebudayaan, Syahir Ahmad Termizi, 26 dinobatkan sebagai penerima Anugerah Sukan bagi kategori Atlet lelaki Terbaik pada Majlis Apresiasi sempena Hari Kualiti & Inovasi 2020 di Dewan Kompleks Sukan, UMP Kampus Gambang baru-baru ini.
Manakala bagi kategori Atlet Wanita Terbaik pula diraih Kamariah Peah dari Fakulti Teknologi Kejuruteraan Awam (FTKA).
Beliau membawa pulang wang tunai sebanyak RM 1,000.00, trofi dan sijil penghargaan.
Kuantan, 28 August 2020 – The recipient of the Anugerah Perkhidmatan Cemerlang (APC), Samini Mat Hassan who is a Vehicle Driver at the Centre for Property Management and Development (PPPH), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) considers the award he received as a special gift in conjunction with his retirement on 21st June 2020 ago.
This is the second time he received the APC during his 19 years of service with UMP.
Pekan, 26 August 2020 - The office of SUARA UMP donated 63 books published in-house to the UMP Library to elevate the momentum of the National Day celebration in conjunction with the 63rd independence.
The books were handed over by the Director of SUARA UMP, Ts. Dr. Muhamad Mat Noor to the Chief Librarian, Azman Abdul Rahim in a brief event held at UMP Pekan.
Among the books donated for the library collection are Coffee Table books, Convocation Books, Journals, and Scientific Books.

Pekan, 26 August 2020 - Feelings of happiness and excitement radiated for 26 students with disabilities (OKU) who went to school at Sekolah Kebangsaan Indera Shahbandar (SKIS), Pekan when they received daily necessities donations from UMP Foundation.
The UMP Prihatin program at this school is the result of a collaboration with the Office of the Vice-Chancellor as one of the activities in conjunction with Independence Month.

Pekan, 22 August 2020 - To enliven the Independence Month Celebration at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), 63 special children were celebrated and received assistance in the UMP Program Prihatin organised by the UMP Foundation in collaboration with the Office of the Vice-Chancellor (PNC).
The donation handover ceremony was presented by the UMP Chairman, Dato’ Sri Ibrahim Ahmad and UMP Foundation Chairman, Dato’ Sri Md. Sharif Shamsuddin.
