2 UMPSA students appointed as MyNext TalentCorp Campus Ambassadors
KUALA LUMPUR, 13 February 2026 – Two students from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) continue to demonstrate excellence in leadership after being officially appointed as MyNext Campus Ambassadors under the TalentCorp Malaysia initiative, following their successful completion of the MyNext Campus Ambassador Bootcamp, held from 11 to 13 February 2026.
They are Ahmad Amirul Irfan bin Ahmad Saupi and Neellesh Ram Saravanan.
The intensive programme brought together selected students from across the country, and it provided comprehensive exposure to talent development, leadership, and current industry needs.
This achievement proves the capability of UMPSA students to compete and excel at the national level, particularly in prestigious programmes that emphasise future human capital development.
The appointment of MyNext Campus Ambassadors aims to produce student leaders who are capable of becoming strategic links between higher education institutions and industry.
The role of a MyNext Campus Ambassador is not only as an official representative of TalentCorp on campus, but also as a change agent who will help raise awareness among students about the importance of career planning and talent development from their university years.
As MyNext Campus Ambassadors, Ahmad Amirul Irfan and Neellesh Ram Saravanan will shoulder significant responsibilities as the ‘voice’ of TalentCorp at UMPSA.
They play the role of a bridge that narrows the gap between students and industry, while also helping fellow students understand the demands of the current job market.
According to Ahmad Amirul Irfan, the opportunity given is a great trust that must be carried out with full commitment.
“I am truly grateful and honoured by the trust given.
“I see this role as a platform to help fellow students identify their potential and make early preparations before entering the world of work,” he said.
Meanwhile, Neellesh Ram Saravanan also expressed his commitment to making the best use of this opportunity.
“I hope to play an active role in promoting the use of the MyNext platform among students.
“This platform is highly helpful in building talent profiles and opening up more strategic industrial training opportunities,” he said.
The MyNext platform is an important initiative in helping students identify their potential through psychometric assessments, build talent profiles systematically, and explore industrial training opportunities that match their respective interests and abilities.

This effort is indirectly capable of increasing graduate employability in line with current industry needs.
The proactive involvement of the UMPSA delegation in this prestigious national-level programme is highly aligned with the university’s aspirations.
It reflects UMPSA’s dedication to producing graduates who are holistic, proactive, and well-prepared before entering the actual world of work.
It is hoped that the excellence and initiative demonstrated by them will inspire all UMPSA students to continue strengthening their respective career pathways.
