UNITED KINGDOM, 28 October 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) continues to advance its efforts in strengthening global collaboration networks by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), United Kingdom.
IMI is a professional automotive body with over 100 years of history, responsible for setting skill standards, professional accreditation, and workforce capacity development in the global automotive industry.

GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN, 9 September 2025 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) participated in the European Association for International Education (EAIE) 2025 Conference in Gothenburg, Sweden, with a mission to strengthen global academic and research collaborations.
The participation also focused on expanding opportunities through Erasmus+ programmes such as Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE), International Credit Mobility (KA171), as well as Joint Master initiatives and Research Partnerships.

LONDON, 8 September 2025 - A delegation from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), led by the Director of UMPSA Global, Associate Professor Dr. Herma Dina Setiabudi, made an official visit to the Department of Chemical Engineering, Imperial College London, to strengthen academic and research collaboration with one of the world’s leading research universities.
Joining the session was Nur Ezzati Mohd Nasir from UMPSA Global.

PEKAN, 15 October 2025 – Researchers from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) successfully developed the first probiotic supplement product based on local stingless bee honey, named BeeCrobes.
BeeCrobes is the result of research that focuses on exploring the potential of stingless bee honey as a natural probiotic source.

PEKAN, 9 October 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) remains the best technical university in the country, having held the No. 1 position among the Malaysian Technical University Network (MTUN) institutions for four consecutive years.
The Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2026, announced on 9 October 2025, listed UMPSA in the 601–800 range of the world’s best universities, also ranking it as the ninth-best university in Malaysia among both public and private institutions.

PEKAN, 4 October 2025 - Yayasan UMPSA signed a collaboration with Public Islamic Bank Berhad (PIBB) in developing areas related to welfare, development, and entrepreneurship among UMPSA students.
The ceremony witnessed the Chairman of the UMPSA Board of Directors, Dato’ Seri Abdul Razak Jaafar, who is also the Chairman of Yayasan UMPSA, exchanging a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) document with the Chief Executive Officer of Public Islamic Bank Berhad (PIBB), Tuan Syamsul Azuan Ahmad Fauzi.
