This programme is one of the humanitarian initiatives to assist with cleaning works and early recovery in areas affected by flood disasters, particularly at PPS locations.

Also present were the Director of the Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM) Pahang State, Colonel (CD) Che Adam A. Rahman, and the Deputy Director of APM Pahang State, Lt. Colonel (CD) Ahmad Fazli Mohamad.

The close collaboration between UMPSA KILAU volunteers and APM not only accelerated the post-flood recovery process but also strengthened strategic collaboration networking between institutions and disaster management agencies.

UMPSA KILAU volunteers were mobilised through the involvement of staff and students, thereby reflecting the spirit of volunteerism and the high commitment of UMPSA KILAU volunteers in assisting communities in need.

This initiative also provided direct exposure to volunteers, particularly students, regarding disaster management as well as the importance of preparedness and rapid response in emergencies.

Overall, this Post-Flood Programme not only successfully achieved its objective of assisting communities at the involved PPS but also became an important platform in fostering values of care, cooperation, and social responsibility among UMPSA KILAU volunteers.

This noble effort is hoped to be continued and strengthened in the future as continuous support for communities facing disaster situations.
