Thanytt receives Malakoff Corporation Excellence Award

KUANTAN, 17 March 2022 - Thanytt s/o Pran Sek, 26, a graduand of Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Electrical) with Honours, received the Malakoff Corporation Bhd. Excellence Award that was established in 2019 in the 15th UMP Convocation Ceremony held at Dewan Jubli Perak Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah here recently.

The struggle and tireless efforts of the son of Pran Sek s/o EE Chai and Phani d/o Din Mi paid off when he obtained the Dean’s Lists for each semester and finished his study with a CGPA of 3.86.

The Sik, Kedah-born lad said his biggest challenge was to find the balance between social life and study.

“UMP provides flexibility to students to learn.

“It is not too limited to the learning syllabus and allows students to think more critically.

“UMP is a high standard university with professional lecturers in line with the rating received,” he said.

Besides, he added, never give up when you face problems; everything can and will change for the better.

“Believe in yourself and keep moving forward,” he said to other graduands.

Thanytt is currently working at Daikin Refrigeration Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and he hoped to repay his parents for their sacrifices.  

He appreciated the award and expressed his deepest gratitude to Malakoff Corporation.
