UMPSA celebrates Integrity Month and launches Organisational Anti-Corruption Strategy (OACS) book

GAMBANG, 22 October 2024 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) today celebrated Integrity Month and launched the Organisational Anti-Corruption Strategy (OACS) book at the university level.

The Integrity Day celebration, held annually, aims to instil awareness among civil servants and the general public about the importance of continuously practising noble values and integrity.

GAMBANG, 27 October 2024 – The Pro-Chancellor of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Tan Sri Dato Sri (Dr.) Abi Musa Asa’ari urged the graduands to become holistic and proficient individuals, ethical and having global thinking.

Choong Wai Kit, son of tailor, receives Royal Education Award (Pingat Jaya Cemerlang)

GAMBANG, 26 October 2024 – Choong Wai Kit, 24, dedicated the Royal Education Award (Pingat Jaya Cemerlang) he received at the 19th Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) Convocation Ceremony for his beloved family in return for his mother’s sacrifices when raising him and his sister.

His mother, Yee Lai Shan, 52, a baju kurung tailor, remained steadfast and eager to raise him and his sister after the demise of his father, Choong Yoke Hon.

Three pioneer students graduate from UMPSA and Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU) dual degree programme

GAMBANG, 26 October 2024 – A total of three graduands received dual degrees from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) and Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU), Kazakhstan, for the Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Biotechnology with Honours program, one from UMPSA and two others from KazNARU.

The three of them, Lim Yeow Hong, 24 (UMPSA), Serikova Zhaniya, 24 (KazNARU) and Akshimbayez Danil, 21 (KazNARU), were the pioneers of the dual degree programme.

UMPSA celebrate its dual degree graduation with Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU) for the first time

GAMBANG, 26 October 2024 – For the first time, the 19th Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) Convocation Ceremony celebrated dual degree students between UMPSA and Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU), Kazakhstan.

The awarding of the degrees was completed by the UMPSA Pro-Chancellor, His Majesty the Honourable Tengku Mahkota Pahang Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah ibni Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.

Pilih untuk Berkongsi, 4 penaja hulur bantuan buat pelajar UMPSA

PEKAN, 11 Disember 2024 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) menerima sumbangan daripada empat penaja utama dalam Majlis Penyerahan Pilih untuk Berkongsi anjuran Yayasan UMPSA yang diadakan di Dewan Bankuet UMPSA Pekan.

Sumbangan itu bertujuan untuk membantu meringankan beban mahasiswa melalui pelbagai inisiatif pendidikan yang disalurkan oleh penaja-penaja yang terlibat iaitu Lembaga Tabung Haji, Yayasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Islam Malaysia (YaPEIM) Pahang, Yayasan Pelajaran MARA dan Ekuiti Nasional Berhad.
