Self Adaptation Programme helps new UMPSA students adjust at university

PEKAN, 17 August 2024 – A total of 100 new 2024/2025 diploma students of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) participated in the Self Adaption Programme organised by Pusat Sejahtera, Student Affairs and Alumni Department (JHEPA).

It involved the participation of 53 new students at UMPSA Gambang Campus and 47 at UMPSA Pekan.

‘Let’s Get Healthy with the Vice-Chancellor’ Programme boosts physical and mental fitness of UMPSA staff

PEKAN, 25 September 2024 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) recently held the ‘Let’s Get Healthy with the Vice-Chancellor’ programme, one of the initiatives launched in response to the call by UMPSA Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dato’ Ts. Dr. Yuserrie Zainuddin, highlighting the importance of work-life balance in addressing the rising burden of Non-Communicable Diseases at the university.

UMPSA and PPDK DAMAI Pekan host Survival Camp for 20 participants

PEKAN, 23 September 2024 – A total of 20 participants took part in the Survival Camp Programme organized by the Disability Services Unit, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (OkUMPSA), and the Community-Based Rehabilitation Organization (PPDK DAMAI) Pekan at the Water Recreation Park, UMPSA Pekan.

According to Programme Director Norhayati Ismail, the programme was designed to help participants build self-confidence through various challenges and foster a spirit of cooperation through group activities.

Program ‘Jom Sihat Bersama Naib Canselor’ tingkatkan kecergasan fizikal dan mental staf UMPSA

PEKAN, 25 September 2024 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) baru-baru ini telah menjayakan program ‘Jom Sihat Bersama Naib Canselor’ yang merupakan antara inisiatif yang dicetuskan bagi menyahut seruan Naib Canselor UMPSA, Profesor Dato’ Ts. Dr. Yuserrie Zainuddin mengenai kepentingan work-life balance dalam usaha menangani masalah peningkatan bebanan Penyakit Tidak Berjangkit (Non Communicable Disease) di UMPSA. 

20 peserta sertai Camp Survival anjuran UMPSA dan PPDK DAMAI Pekan

PEKAN, 23 September 2024 – Seramai 20 orang peserta telah menyertai Program Camp Survival anjuran Unit Perkhidmatan Orang Kurang Upaya, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (OkUMPSA) dan Pertubuhan Pemulihan Dalam Komuniti (PPDK DAMAI) Pekan di Taman Rekreasi Air, UMPSA Pekan.

Menurut Pengarah Program, Norhayati Ismail, program ini akan membantu para peserta membina keyakinan diri melalui cabaran yang sesuai dan memupuk semangat kerjasama antara peserta melalui aktiviti berkumpulan.

UMPSA and Pahang State Forestry Department plant 67 symbolic trees for Malaysia's 67th Independence

GAMBANG, 30 August 2024 – A total of 100 volunteers from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), along with staff from the Pahang State Forestry Department and UMPSA Holdings Sdn. Bhd., continued the mission of planting 67 trees in conjunction with RTM's Malaysian Aspirations Tour Programme and UMPSA's 2024 Independence Threshold Celebration at UMPSA Gambang Campus recently.
