In her speech, Datin Hajah Wan Maizurina congratulated all the writers and article contributors for the UMP bulletin.
“I believe that publishing a book is not an easy task. Sacrifices are needed, especially in terms of time and energy to prepare a manuscript for publication.
“Besides the writers, editors, graphic designers, and marketing staff also work hard to complete and market the books.
“The behind-the-scenes workers also have big roles in disseminating knowledge,” she said.
She hoped that such noble efforts could provide knowledge to the community and the university and even become an act of worship, and the reward will continue to flow to all involved in producing these books.
“Therefore, it is my great hope that this event will always be held to disseminate the works of UMP lecturers to the community, thus becoming part of the responsibility of establishing relationships between universities and the surrounding community,” she said.
