PEKAN, 16 July 2025 – The Centre for Modern Languages (CML), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), made a significant impact on the English language learning experience of secondary school students through a dynamic and technology-integrated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme held at Sekolah Menengah Agama Tun Abdul Razak (SMATAF).

Pernah rasa malu ataupun segan untuk bermain futsal kerana takut tersilap sepak? Atau menolak ajakan hiking sebab bimbang tidak cukup stamina? Dan yang paling kerap dijadikan alasan atau mengambinghitamkan ialah tuntutan kerja yang tak habis-habis. Jika ya, ketahuilah anda bukan keseorangan. Ramai antara kita beranggapan hanya yang ‘pro’ sahaja layak bersukan. Namun, realitinya jauh berbeza. Bersukan bukan soal hebat atau tidak, menang atau kalah, tetapi tentang mencari keseimbangan hidup yang lebih sihat, tenang dan menggembirakan.

PEKAN, 29 Julai 2025 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) dengan kerjasama Kementerian Sumber Manusia (KESUMA) dan Jawatankuasa Pekerjaan di bawah Majlis Kebangsaan Bagi Orang Kurang Upaya (MKBOKU) telah menganjurkan Program Outreach: MyKESUMAJobs Career LaunchPad OKU bertempat di Fakulti Komputeran (FK), UMPSA Pekan hari ini.

PEKAN, 23 July 2025 – Nearly 100 volunteers from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Pos Malaysia Berhad Pahang, SWCorp, and Alam Flora came together to make the Plogging@Pantai Tanjung Gosong Programme a resounding success.

According to Director of UMPSA’s Sustainable Development Centre (SDC), Dr. Suhaidah Hussain, this event marks the second plogging series for the year, with the third series scheduled for October.

OSAKA, JAPAN, 21 July 2025 – A groundbreaking product developed through research at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) has been selected to represent Malaysia at the prestigious World Expo Osaka 2025 in Japan. 

The product was created under the leadership of Ts. Mohd Najib Razali, a lecturer from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering Technology and Processes (FTKKP).

Held every five years, the World Expo is the largest international exhibition in the world. 

PEKAN, 18 July 2025 – The recent visit by a delegation from Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), led by its Deputy Director-General (Education), Ir. Dr. Mahzan Teh, to Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) provided a valuable opportunity to strengthen collaboration between the two institutions, particularly in the area of student funding and TVET integration.

The delegation met with the Vice-Chancellor of UMPSA, Professor Dr. Yatimah Alias, to explore potential initiatives that would benefit both parties.

PEKAN, 19 July 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) marked a historic milestone by recording its highest number of new diploma student registrations, with a total of 891 students enrolling simultaneously at both the Pekan and Gambang campuses for the 2025/2026 academic session.

KUANTAN, 30 June 2025 – Nestled within the beautiful surroundings of the Pahang National Park lies a pressing challenge faced by kelulut honey entrepreneurs—the recurring threat of Sun Bear attacks.

This persistent problem has long troubled Ahmad Izzudin, the owner of Lior Farm, who has had to deal with the destruction of kelulut nests caused by wild animals each year.

PEKAN, 17 July 2025 – Concerns over environmental pollution caused by the use of non-environmentally friendly chemicals in the oil and gas industry became the starting point for the development of an eco-friendly formulation to replace the use of potassium chloride (KCl) in drilling operations.

This innovation was developed by a lecturer from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering Technology and Processes (FTKKP), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), ChM. Ts. Dr. Siti Qurratu’ Aini Mahat.
