Pekan, 14 Mei – Teruja untuk berbuka puasa bersama mahasiswa universiti, seramai 41 orang pelajar tahun 6 yang bersekolah di Sekolah Kebangsaan Serandu Pekan bersama fasilitator MyCilik Serandu dan mahasiswa UMP Pekan menyertai program berbuka puasa bertempat di Masjid UMP Pekan baru-baru ini.
To appreciate the blessings of the holy fasting month of Ramadan, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) recently organized a breaking of fast – or popularly referred to its Arabic term as Iftar – in a congregation between its students and the surrounding local communities at the Gambang Mosque.
Dubbed the “Program Iftar Perdana Mahasiswa & Masyarakat”, the Iftar congregation on May 11, 2019, is one of the university’s continuous programmes of endearing the students to the locals.
Kuantan, 25 Mei- Sebanyak RM130,000 disumbangkan pihak Etiqa bagi bantuan zakat mahasiswa Universiti Malaysia Pahang ( UMP) termasuk program komuniti seperti Bantuan Asnaf dan ‘Program Back to School’ pada penghujung tahun ini.
Kuantan, 25 Mei- Terpancar keriangan buat 110 penerima sumbangan raya berusia 5 hingga 17 tahun dalam kalangan asnaf dan anak yatim apabila berpeluang memilih sendiri pakaian raya dalam program Ziarah Prihatin Aidilfitri Projek Baju Raya yang berlangsung di Pasaraya Hari-Hari hari ini.

In line with the aspiration of Domestic Trade and Consumerism Ministry (KPDNHEP) in implementing the Food Bank Malaysia programme in public universities, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) raised to the occasion by having its own UMP Campus Pantry, offering food and other basic necessities to students.
The programme was established on April 16, 2019.
