KUANTAN, 13 November 2024 - Sekumpulan staf dan pelajar Universiti Malaysia Pahnag Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) berpeluang menonton tayangan filem ‘Mereka Yang Tertewas’ sebuah karya arahan Dato’ Zulkeflie M. Osman bersama-sama dengan Exco Komunikasi dan Multimedia, Belia Sukan dan Badan-badan bukan Kerajaan Negeri Pahang, Yang Berhormat Fadzli Mohamad Kamal di pawagam Golden Screen Kuantan City Mall melalui program Tonton Santai.

A courtesy visit from UMPSA to the Official Residence of the German Ambassador to Malaysia to strengthen international partnership

KUALA LUMPUR, 15 November 2024 - The delegation from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) made a courtesy visit to the official residence of the German Ambassador to Malaysia recently. 

During the meeting, the UMPSA delegation was invited to a breakfast session with His Excellency Dr. Peter Blomeyer, the German Ambassador to Malaysia.

The delegation was led by Professor Ts. Dr. Aida Mustapha, who is currently performing the function of the Vice-Chancellor of UMPSA. 

UMPSA hosts RBTX Petrosains Challenge Eastern Zone 2024

PEKAN, 4 September 2024 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) hosted the RBTX Petrosains Challenge East Zone 2024 Competition at the Multipurpose Hall, UMPSA Pekan.

The Deputy Director, Learning Sector, Pahang State Education Department, Ahmad Zamri Md Isa, officiated the opening ceremony of the RBTX Petrosains Challenge East Zone 2024.

UMPSA organises 2023/2024 Mentoring Appreciation Ceremony

PEKAN, 3 September 2024 – The Sejahtera Centre, Student Affairs and Alumni Department, together with the Human Resource Development Division of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) recently hosted a Mentoring Appreciation Ceremony for the 2023/2024 Session.

The event aims to appreciate and recognise the mentors and mentees who had shown commitment and cooperation during the six-month programme.

This Mentoring Programme was the first to be organised at UMPSA.

Profesor Turun Padang Programme: Merdeka Scavenger Hunt fosters spirit of love of country and English through gamification

PEKAN, 18 September 2024 - In conjunction with the initiative of Profesor Turun Padang at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), the Centre for Modern Languages (PBM) in collaboration with MELTA Pahang Chapter (MPC) and Persatuan Matahari organised the Merdeka Scavenger Hunt programme held at the Pekan and Gambang campuses on 18 and 19 September 2024.

UMPSA students uphold traditional Malay dance in Islamabad, Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, 12 September 2024 – Four students of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) were invited to Islamabad, Pakistan, in conjunction with the 67th Independence Day celebration and the Malaysian Food Festival organised by the High Commission of Malaysia in collaboration with the Serena Hotel, Islamabad on 3 to 12 September 2024.

The delegation was led by the former President of the 2022/2023 UMPSA Students’ Representative Council (MPP), Agha Khilfi Suarno.

Sultan Perak, Sultan Nazrin Shah graces the Royal Commissioning Ceremony of the 2024 42nd Public University PALAPES Young Officers

TANJUNG MALIM, 21 September 2024 - His Royal Highness Paduka Seri Sultan Perak Darul Ridzuan, Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah Ibni Almarhum Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah Al-Maghfur-Lah graced the Royal Commissioning Ceremony of the 42nd Public University Reserve Officer Training Unit (ROTU) at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) recently.

Raja Permaisuri Perak Darul Ridzuan, Tuanku Zara Salim also graced the ceremony.

UMPSA's Jelajah Prihatin to assess needs of prospective students

KELANTAN, 20 September 2024 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) is welcoming new students in need as part of an initiative to facilitate their registration on 28 September. UMPSA remains attentive to the needs of students from the time they register until graduation, focusing particularly on their welfare throughout their studies.
