PEKAN, 14 March 2025 – In the world of electrical engineering and artificial intelligence (AI), the name Associate Professor Dr. Mohd Herwan Sulaiman is increasingly recognised as an active researcher in power system optimisation and AI innovations in the energy sector.
Hailing from Johor, he currently serves as the Deputy Dean (Research and Postgraduate Studies) at the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology (FTKEE), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA).

KUANTAN, 7 March 2025 – The Centre for Strategic & Quality Management (PPSK), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), has conducted a series of workshops to develop the UMPSA Strategic Plan 2026-2030 (UMPSA30) at Grand Darulmakmur Hotel.
The two-day workshop aimed to outline the university’s strategic direction for the next five years.

GAMBANG, 14 March 2025 – A total of 400 food packs were distributed, and various food donations were received by students of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) in conjunction with the annual Moh Sahur programme, now in its fourth year, organised by Pahang FM in collaboration with sponsors to reach out to those in need.

KUANTAN, 12 March 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) distributed bubur lambuk and gulai kawah for free to the Kuantanese through a communal work initiative involving student and staff volunteers from the Student Affairs and Alumni Department (JHEPA), UMPSA Advanced Education, Maxis Berhad, and Masjid Sultan Ahmad 1, recently.
This annual programme, held in conjunction with the Indahnya Ramadan 2025 Festival, took place at Masjid Sultan Ahmad 1.

At the same time, she also met with parents and family members who attended the event, further strengthening the relationship between the university and the students’ families.

GAMBANG, 8 March 2025 – Ahmad Aiman As-Syukree, a diploma graduate from the Institut Universitaire Technologie de Tours (IUT de Tours), France, officially registered today as a new student at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) to further his studies in the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Honours.
The 24-year-old from Kuching, Sarawak, expressed that choosing UMPSA was the right decision, as the university is recognised as one of the best TVET education institutions in Malaysia.

GAMBANG, 8 March 2025 – Marsya Iwani Syahirah Mohd Izwan is a new student at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) and will be pursuing her Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Energy and Environment) with Honours.
Marsya, the second of three siblings, is now stepping into university life after completing her diploma studies.

GAMBANG, 8 March 2025 – Five friends from Sabah registered together today at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) to begin their studies in the Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Technology (Petroleum) with Honours at the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology (FTKKP).
These students, all 22 years old, are graduates of the Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Politeknik Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
