UMP honours special children

Pekan, 22 August 2020 - To enliven the Independence Month Celebration at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), 63 special children were celebrated and received assistance in the UMP Program Prihatin organised by the UMP Foundation in collaboration with the Office of the Vice-Chancellor (PNC). 
The donation handover ceremony was presented by the UMP Chairman, Dato’ Sri Ibrahim Ahmad and UMP Foundation Chairman, Dato’ Sri Md. Sharif Shamsuddin. 

UMP and MTNP seal collaboration in Ulul Albab Certification Programme

Pekan, 19 August 2020 - Students from the tahfiz stream do not have to worry about continuing their studies at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) as they can also continue the Quran memorisation throughout their studies. 

Even other students who are interested also have the opportunity to participate in the Ulul Albab Certification Programme as a result of the collaboration between UMP and Maahad Tahfiz Negeri Pahang (MTNP).

20 students gain knowledge about coral reefs and ecosystem

Kuantan, 21 August 2020 - For the first time, the Co-curriculum Centre, Student Affairs and Alumni Department, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) organised an Education-Based Community Service Programme: Coral Reefs and Its Impact on the Ecosystem in collaboration with Simply Scooba Industries.
Twenty participants attended the programme to gain knowledge related to the types of coral reefs in terms of care, life chain towards nature and importance to humans.

63 staff joined Kembara Lestari Merdeka to explore the beauty of nature

Pekan, 21 August 2020 - A total of 63 staff from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) walked three kilometres while waving the stripes of glory (jalur gemilang) as a way to express their love for the country in succeeding the Kembara Lestari Merdeka program organized by Registry recently.

The program started from the Tun Abdul Razak Chancellery at UMP Pekan and the participants moved towards Rimba Lestari, Nadir and ended at Dusun UMP.

The larger the amount of information is available through digital learning using various technical tools, the greater number of data can be displayed, and numerous creative animated learning materials covering theoretical knowledge such as science and engineering concepts are presented more interestingly and interactively.
