PUTRAJAYA, 5 March 2026 – The Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Professor Ts. Dr. Yatimah Alias, attended the 2026 Monthly Assembly and Ukhuwah Ramadan Ceremony of the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (KPT), which was held at Dewan Za’ba, Putrajaya.

GAMBANG, 5 March 2026 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) organised the Best Practices Sharing Convention following the UMPSA Staff Mobility Programme, attended by nearly 200 university staff members.

The programme aimed to serve as a platform for sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices resulting from staff participation in mobility programmes both locally and abroad.

PEKAN, 7 March 2026 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) welcomed new students for the March 2025/2026 intake through the organisation of Orientation Day (HSK), which was conducted online.

The programme aims to introduce new students to the university ecosystem, learning system, and campus life before they officially begin their studies.

PEKAN, 11 March 2026 – Conventionally, the current commonly used training method involves the coach striking the sepak takraw ball using a tennis racket to simulate actual match situations; however, this method has several limitations, as the speed, direction, and trajectory of the ball often become inconsistent.

PEKAN, 11 March 2026 – The warmth of Ramadan continues to be felt among the Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) community as the university today organised an iftar ceremony that brought together the university’s management team, staff, and students at Masjid Al-Jazari, UMPSA Pekan.

The ceremony served as a platform that united the university community in a blessed atmosphere while strengthening ties between the university’s top management and the campus community.

PEKAN, 13 March 2026 – A total of 190 members of the Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) community gathered at Masjid Al-Jazari, UMPSA Pekan, to participate in the Majlis Khatam al-Quran and World #QuranHour, which was held during the final 10 days of Ramadan at Masjid Al-Jazari, UMPSA Pekan.

KUANTAN, 9 March 2026 – In enlivening the blessings of the month of Ramadan, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) continued its tradition of sharing blessings by organising the Bubur Lambuk Programme at the grounds of Sultan Ahmad 1 State Mosque, Kuantan.

The programme, which formed part of the Beauty of Ramadan initiative organised by the Student Affairs and Alumni Department (JHEPA), saw the preparation and distribution of bubur lambuk to the local community as well as mosque visitors.
