GAMBANG, 29 October 2024 – The excitement of a family attending the 19th Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) Convocation Ceremony today was almost shattered when they were involved in a road accident while on their way to the Sports Complex Hall, UMPSA Gambang Campus.

Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate, Muhammad Azfar Farhan Mohd Tarmizi, 22, nearly missed the opportunity to walk the convocation stage when the vehicle driven by his brother was involved in an accident.

GAMBANG, 26 October 2024 – Muhammad Sofwan Sapiyan, 24, an outstanding graduate from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), has proven that a strong family ecosystem is the key to his academic success.

Sofwan was named the recipient of the Chancellor’s Award at the 19th UMPSA Convocation Ceremony.

He demonstrated academic excellence by receiving the Dean’s List Award for seven consecutive semesters, achieving a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.82.
