MTUN tawar Program Sarjana Muda Teknologi

Kuantan, 25 Jun- Inisiatif penawaran Program Sarjana Muda Teknologi (Bachelor of Technology – B.Tech.) oleh Rangkaian Universiti Teknikal Malaysia  (MTUN) yang terdiri daripada empat universiti awam iaitu Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) dan Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) yang dilancarkan hari ini merupakan satu pencapaian bersejarah dan mercu tanda yang amat penting dalam melengkapkan ekosistem Pendidikan Teknikal dan Latihan Vokasional (TVET) Malaysia.

Pendidikan STEM acuan pembangunan modal insan

Kuantan, 25 Jun- Penganjuran Kolokium Pendidikan STEM mampu meningkatkan kompetensi, pengetahuan dan kemahiran guru bagi memantapkan PdP berkaitan mata pelajaran sains, teknologi, kejuruteraan dan matematik (STEM) dan memperoleh maklumat terkini berkaitan kerjaya STEM untuk disebar luas kepada murid.

UMP’s excellent Graduate Employability up a notch to 96%

Universiti Malaysia Pahang’s (UMP) annual ranking of Graduate Employability (GE) remains excellent, and in fact, rose one percent to 96 percent, compared to the 95 percent it recorded last year. 

The GE rankings attained thus far, are well above the 80 percent threshold benchmarked by the Ministry of Education (MoE), and have even surpassed those achieved by other public institutions of higher learning (IPTA) in the country.

Empowering TVET education – UMP’s main agenda

As a public university and a member of the Malaysia Technical University Network (MTUN), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) will continue to boost and strengthen the transformation agenda in the country’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in a move to turn Malaysia into a developed, high-income nation by 2050.
UMP’s Board of Directors’ Chairman, Dato’ Sri Ibrahim Ahmad said TVET would produce a home-grown workforce needed by the industry and country to cater to the challenges expected in the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

UMP tersenarai universiti terbaik dunia

Pekan, 19 Jun- Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) yang merupakan salah satu universiti awam dalam Rangkaian Universiti Teknikal Malaysia (MTUN) mencatat sejarah apabila tersenarai antara universiti terbaik dunia dalam QS World University Rankings (WUR) 2020 yang diterbitkan oleh QS Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) baru-baru ini.

Pekan, 19 Jun - Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) has once again made Malaysia proud, achieving another milestone in QS university rankings along its path toward being a distinguished technological university. This time around, QS World University Rankings (WUR) 2020 it is for UMP; securing a spot for the first time, UMP has further established its standing as one of the world-class universities in the world map (top 1.8% of universities in Asia (#188), top 2.6% in the world (#751-800), five-stars rated).
