Kuantan, 28 September 2020 - To improve skills in the field of writing and publishing, and to produce more writers, for the first time the Islamic and Human Development Centre (PIMPIN), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) organized a Book Writing and Publication Workshop.

The two-day program was held at the Grand Darul Makmur Hotel, Kuantan involving 11 UMP staff serving at PIMPIN.

Growing up with the view of a university, it has always been Muhammad Nur Amirul Faiz Mohd Norafizd dream to continue his studies at a university. 
But, who would have thought that his dream eight years ago would have come true today, when he was offered to further his study in a bachelor degree programme here at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP).

“Adik, let’s put Jalur Gemilang in front of our house to show our patriotism!”

Pineapple, also known by its scientific name Ananas comosus, is a type of tropical plant commonly planted in Malaysia, specifically in Johor. Now, the nation’s pineapple plantations have expanded rapidly to other states such as Selangor, Pahang, Sarawak, Perak, and Kedah.

Pekan, 3rd October 2020 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) Foundation has taken the initiative to alleviate the burden faced by the students due to the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) decision to postpone the physical and face-to-face registration by providing emergency assistance incentive to those affected.

This aid is given to students who are already in the campus, those who are still at home, but had to cancel transportation ticket and logistic as well as to those who were on their way back to campus.
