UMPSA strengthens international collaboration at Going Global 2025, explores partnership with University of East Anglia

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, 30 October 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) continued to build its global presence through participation in the Going Global 2025 Conference, organised by the British Council. 

Led by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. Yatimah Alias, the UMPSA delegation took part in several important meetings and discussions focused on strengthening international cooperation in higher education, research, and innovation.

UMPSA Autonomous Ecosystem now on international stage

DUBAI, 19 November 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) made history with the launch of the Autonomous System Ecosystem held at the UMPSA-PACDB Pavilion in conjunction with the Dubai Airshow 2025.

This launch opens wider opportunities for international collaboration in smart mobility and autonomous systems.

UMPSA establishes Venture Studio with industry strategic partners, expands collaboration in Aerospace, Mobility Technology and Future Sustainable Living

DUBAI, 19 November 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) explored opportunities for strategic collaboration by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with two industries related to aerospace and artificial intelligence (AI) and mobility technology networks in conjunction with the Dubai Airshow 2025 held from 17 to 21 November 2025 at Dubai World Central (DWC).

UMPSA receives MOSTI funding amounting RM6,965,500 for EYE-TREE project

CYBERJAYA, 24 November 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) received funding from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) through the EYE-TREE project with a total allocation of RM6,965,500 under the Strategic Research Fund for the project ‘Development of Integrated Technologies for Efficient Recovery of Rare Earth Elements from Ionic Adsorption Clay (IAC) (EYE-TREE)’.
