More than 1,500 attend the Launching and Handover Ceremony of the Jalur Gemilang in conjunction with the 67th National Month Celebration of 2024 at UMPSA

GAMBANG, 19 August 2024 – The Jalur Gemilang Launching and Handover Ceremony in conjunction with the 67th National Month Celebration of 2024 at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) was celebrated with great enthusiasm today, with over 1,500 attendees.

The ceremony took place at the Sports Complex Hall, UMPSA Gambang Campus.

UMPSA receives 8 engines donated by Mercedes-Benz

PEKAN, 2 August 2024 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) has received a donation of eight engines—two 2.0-liter turbo engines and six 1.8-liter engines—donated by luxury car manufacturer Mercedes-Benz. 

The contribution aims to support students' education and training programmes in the field of Automotive Engineering.

100 UMPSA athletes to compete in 10 events at the 2024 SUKUM Championship

PEKAN, 6 August 2024 – The enthusiastic cheers of “UMPSA! Minda Juara!” echoed as 100 athletes, comprising 65 men and 35 women from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), prepared to represent their university in the upcoming 2024 SUKUM Championship.

These athletes will compete for victory at the 45th Malaysian Inter-University Staff Sports Championship (SUKUM), set to take place from 8 to 18 August 2024. 

UMPSA students captivated by display of 120 luxury and antique vehicles

GAMBANG, 4 August 2024 – A total of 120 students from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) were excited to witness the gathering of 120 luxury and antique vehicles at the UMPSA Chancellery Grounds, Gambang Campus, during the Ramah Mesra programme and Luxury and Antique Car Gathering, in conjunction with the Kuantan Festival 188.

UMPSA hosts Malaysia Techlympics 2024 East Coast Zone Level

GAMBANG, 8 August 2024 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) is hosting the Malaysia Techlympics 2024 East Coast Zone Level, organized by the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MOSTI).

The two-day programme, which began on August 7 and concluded on August 8, 2024, saw a total of 497 primary school students from Kelantan (172 participants), Terengganu (198 participants), and Pahang (127 participants) competing to advance to the next stage and represent the Eastern Zone at the national level.
