"I Will Miss UMPSA" – Zhaniya and Danil

GAMBANG, 3 July 2024 - "I will miss UMPSA and Malaysia," said Serikova Zhaniya, a 24-year-old student enrolled in the dual degree programme at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), who has completed her one-year studies there. Zhaniya hails from Ridder City, Kazakhstan and pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Biotechnology with Honors through UMPSA's collaboration with Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU).

UMPSA distributes 4,500 free breakfast packs during exam week

PEKAN, 27 June 2024 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) is distributing 4,500 free breakfast packs to its students during the Semester 2 Final Examination Week of the 2023/2024 Academic Session, which starts on 24 June and runs until 10 July 2024.

The distribution of breakfast packs starts at 8.00 am every day at the Multipurpose Hall, UMPSA Pekan, and at the Hall of the University Sports Complex, UMPSA Gambang Campus.

UMPSA forges strategic collaborations with 5 leading companies and institutions

KUALA LUMPUR, 11 June 2024 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) has further strengthened its relationships with industry and educational institutions through a Memorandum of Understanding/Agreement Signing Ceremony (MoU/MoA) with five leading companies and institutions, in conjunction with the MTUN Industry-Academia Discourse on Advanced TVET (MIAD) 2024.

MIAD was inaugurated by the Minister of Higher Education, Dato' Seri Dr. Zambry Abdul Kadir, at the World Trade Centre (WTC), Kuala Lumpur, recently. 

UMPSA lecturers participate in the 2024 Technology Carnival CSR Programme

KUALA LIPIS, 13 June 2024 – Lecturers and students of the Faculty of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Technology (FTKMA) at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) participated in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme of Technology Carnival 2024 at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan RPS Betau, Kuala Lipis.

UMPSA improves position in QS World University Rankings 2025

PEKAN, 5 June 2024 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) has successfully elevated its position in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings (WUR) 2025, securing a place in the 741-750 range globally, compared to 781-790 in 2024.

UMPSA ranks among the top 741 universities worldwide out of 1,503 eligible institutions listed in the rankings.
