7 UMPSA subjects ranked globally, Engineering and Technology dominates world’s top 451–500 band

PEKAN, 30 March 2026 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) continues to strengthen its reputation on the international stage as seven specific subjects and one broad subject area have received global recognition in the QS World University Rankings by Subject 2026, recently announced by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS).

As one of the leading technical universities in Malaysia, UMPSA recorded a significant achievement by being ranked in the broad area of Engineering and Technology in the 451–500 band globally.

UMPSA-BJTU students celebrate Aidilfitri abroad, strengthening ties in Beijing

BEIJING, 21 MARCH 2026 – The joy of Hari Raya Aidilfitri continues to be felt by students from cohorts 3 and 4 of the Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA)–Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU) dual degree programmes, who are currently pursuing their studies in Beijing, China, despite being far away from their beloved families.

UMPSA distributes bubur lambuk to the local community in conjunction with the Beauty of Ramadan Programme

KUANTAN, 9 March 2026 – In conjunction with enlivening the blessings of the month of Ramadan, Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) continued its tradition of sharing blessings by organising the Bubur Lambuk Programme at the grounds of Sultan Ahmad 1 State Mosque, Kuantan.

The programme, which formed part of the Beauty of Ramadan initiative organised by the Student Affairs and Alumni Department (JHEPA), involved the preparation and distribution of bubur lambuk to the local community as well as mosque visitors.
