CYBERJAYA, 16 July 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), and the Malaysia Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) have formalised a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing research, innovation, and commercialisation in the field of rare earth elements (REE).

The partnership was cemented through the changing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at MIGHT’s headquarters in Cyberjaya. 

PEKAN, 14 July 2025 – In a bid to enhance efficiency and accuracy in fish monitoring, Dr. Mohd Azraai Mohd Razman, a lecturer from the Faculty of Manufacturing Engineering Technology and Mechatronics (FTKPM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), has developed an AI-based automatic fish monitoring system called the Live Underwater Aquaculture System (LUNAS) — a breakthrough innovation poised to transform Malaysia’s aquaculture industry.

PEKAN, 16 July 2025 – A team of researchers from the Faculty of Civil Engineering Technology (FTKA), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), led by Associate Professor Dr. Nadzirah Mokhtar, has successfully developed an innovative water treatment system that integrates membrane distillation technology with the Internet of Things (IoT).

CYBERJAYA, 16 Julai 2025 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) dan Malaysia Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) hari ini telah memeterai Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) bagi memperkukuh kerjasama dalam penyelidikan, inovasi dan pemerkasaan komersialisasi dalam bidang unsur nadir bumi atau Rare Earth Elements (REE).

BANDAR ENSTEK, 14 Julai 2025 – Seramai lima pentadbir muda dari Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) telah menyertai Program KARISMA Pemimpin Muda MADANI (Pentadbir Muda IPT) yang berlangsung selama tiga hari bermula 12 hingga 14 Julai 2025 di Akademi Kepimpinan Pendidikan Tinggi (AKEPT), Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.

PEKAN, 14 Julai 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) terus memperkukuh kecemerlangan akademik apabila seramai lima orang pensyarah kanan dinaikkan pangkat ke jawatan Profesor Madya Gred DS14 berkuat kuasa mulai 20 Jun 2025.

Sesi penyerahan surat kenaikan pangkat telah diadakan di Bilik Mesyuarat Lembaga Pengarah Universiti (LPU), Canseleri Tun Abdul Razak, Pekan oleh Naib Canselor, Profesor Dr. Yatimah Alias.
