Exposure to latest technology in industry, UMP alumni preferred by employers

PEKAN, 12 July 2021 - Students must always be flexible and ready to learn something new, especially facing the new norms of the Covid-19 pandemic.

According to Muhammad Qusyairi Hashim, 30, an alumnus of the Faculty of Industrial Sciences and Technology (FSTI), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), he was lucky to have the opportunity to study and graduate from UMP.

“UMP graduates are the choice of employers because of the combination of curriculum and practical skills.

PEKAN, 12 Julai 2021 – Mahasiswa hendaklah sentiasa fleksibel dan bersedia untuk mempelajari sesuatu yang baharu terutamanya dalam mendepani norma baharu pandemik Covid-19.

Menurut alumni Fakulti Sains dan Teknologi Industri (FSTI), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Muhammad Qusyairi Hashim, 30, beliau bertuah apabila berpeluang belajar dan menamatkan pengajian di UMP.

UMP alumni builts the business empire of Caliphs Technology PLT

Never thought of owning a company. When asked when he was younger, Abang Fairul Syarmil Abang Mohd dreamed of becoming a pilot, but who would have thought that his studies in Computer Science at Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) would allow him the opportunity to build his business empire, Caliphs Technology PLT.

Born in Sibu, Sarawak, she was nominated as a finalist for the Bumiputera Entrepreneur Scheme (SUPERB) 2014, organized by TERAJU under the Prime Minister's Department.

Kuantan, 12 Februari - Tidak pernah terfikir memiliki syarikat sendiri. Malahan, apabila ditanya sejak kecil lagi Abang Fairul Syarmil Abang Mohd mengimpikan untuk menjadi juruterbang, namun siapa sangka pengajiannya dalam bidang sains komputer di Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) memberikan peluang buatnya membina empayar perniagaan sendiri, iaitu Caliphs Technology PLT.

UMP alumni urged to contribute ideas

The alumni of  Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) are urged to continue to contribute cultural ideas in the university for it will help the current Secretariat of Culture and Arts UMP maintain the heritage on campus. The presence of 23 alumni from Alumni Chapter (Culture) was the result of the initiative taken by the Centre for Sports and Culture UMP via the first organisation of a programme Sepetang Bersama Alumni (Kebudayaan) UMP at the Istana Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 21 December 2019. 

Alumni UMP Diseru Terus Sumbang Karya, Idea 

Kuala Lumpur, 21 Disember-  Alumni Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) diseru agar meneruskan usaha menyumbang hasil karya kebudayaan di universiti kerana ianya dapat membantu mahasiswa junior Sekretariat Kebudayaan UMP dengan mengekalkan warisan budaya di kampus.
