Pasukan EASY UMPSA jayakan Bulan Kesiapsiagaan Nasional 2025

BENTONG, 12 Oktober 2025 — Menyahut seruan kerajaan dalam memperkukuh kesedaran terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana, pasukan penyelidik Earthquake and Structural Stability (EASY) dari Fakulti Teknologi Kejuruteraan Awam (FTKA), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) turut serta menjayakan sambutan Bulan Kesiapsiagaan Nasional 2025 yang berlangsung di Padang FA Jerantut baru-baru ini. 

UMPSA receives 2 electric vehicles (EV) contributed by Fieldman EV Sdn. Bhd.

PEKAN, 4 October 2025 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) received two Changan EADO 460 electric vehicles from Fieldman EV Sdn. Bhd., which will be used for research and teaching purposes in the field of EV technology.

The ceremony witnessed the Chairman of the UMPSA Board of Directors, Dato’ Seri Abdul Razak Jaafar, who is also the Chairman of Yayasan UMPSA, receiving a replica car key from the Managing Director of Fieldman EV Sdn. Bhd., Razmi Shah Othman.

UMPSA leads Festival Idea@Pahang in expanding ecosystem of knowledge and innovation

GAMBANG, 12 October 2025 - The organisation Festival Idea@Pahang 2025 was celebrated with great enthusiasm and innovation through the Commercialisation Day, AI Generation Festival (AiGenFest), Advanced TVET Exhibition, Open Laboratory Day, and I’m Mahasiswa UMPSA Open Day, strengthening the hub of strategic thinking and innovation through the participation of various ministries, government agencies, industries, and higher education institutions, particularly in Pahang.

UMPSA lecturer leads LRGS grant worth RM1.4 million

NILAI, 3 October 2025 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) lecturer, Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Muhammad Aizzat Zakaria from the Faculty of Manufacturing and Mechatronic Engineering Technology (FTKPM), successfully received a Long-Term Research Grant Scheme (LRGS) from the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) amounting to RM1.4 million.

Yayasan UMPSA signs collaboration with Public Islamic Bank Berhad for student welfare and entrepreneurship

PEKAN, 4 October 2025 - Yayasan UMPSA signed a collaboration with Public Islamic Bank Berhad (PIBB) in developing areas related to welfare, development, and entrepreneurship among UMPSA students.

The ceremony witnessed the Chairman of the UMPSA Board of Directors, Dato’ Seri Abdul Razak Jaafar, who is also the Chairman of Yayasan UMPSA, exchanging a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) document with the Chief Executive Officer of Public Islamic Bank Berhad (PIBB), Tuan Syamsul Azuan Ahmad Fauzi.

Young UMPSA researcher Ts. Dr. Nurizzatul develops Malaysia’s first Modular Atmospheric Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel, boosting research on High-Rise Buildings and Sustainable Cities

PEKAN, 6 October 2025 – A young researcher from the Faculty of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Technology (FTKMA), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Ts. Dr. Nurizzatul Atikha Rahmat, 36, made history by successfully developing the country’s first small-scale and modular Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel (BLWT), fully designed in-house.

EVcas Lamp, innovation by UMPSA researchers, transforms streetlight poles into electric vehicle chargers

PEKAN, 6 October 2025 – Two researchers from Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Dr. Wan Muhammad Noor Sarbani Mat Daud from the Faculty of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Technology (FTKMA), and Ts. Dr. Muhammad Ikram Rashid from the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology (FTKEE) and Automotive Engineering Centre (AEC), successfully developed an innovation named EVcas Lamp, an electric vehicle (EV) charging system integrated directly into streetlight poles.
