4,535 graduan UMP bakal dirai dalam MKK17 mulai Sabtu ini

KUANTAN, 5 November 2022 - Seramai 4,535 orang graduan Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) bakal bergraduasi dalam Majlis Konvokesyen Ke-17 UMP mulai 5 hingga 8 November 2022 di UMP Kampus Gambang atau kini dikenali sebagai UMP Paya Besar.

Graduan terdiri daripada graduan doktor falsafah (66) dan sarjana (185), graduan sarjana muda (2,509) dan diploma (556) serta graduan Program Pembelajaran Sepanjang Hayat di UMP Advanced (1,219) menerima ijazah dan diploma masing-masing.

KUANTAN, 20 March 2022 - The Lifelong Learning (LLL) programmes offering will give working individuals and industries the opportunity and ability to increase their knowledge and skill and open doors to continue to higher education level.

According to the UMP Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dato’ Ts. Dr. Yuserrie Zainuddin the importance of future education based on flexible education aligns with the Third Shift: Nation of Lifelong Learners in the Malaysia Education Blueprint 2015-2025 (Higher Education).

Thanytt receives Malakoff Corporation Excellence Award

KUANTAN, 17 March 2022 - Thanytt s/o Pran Sek, 26, a graduand of Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Electrical) with Honours, received the Malakoff Corporation Bhd. Excellence Award that was established in 2019 in the 15th UMP Convocation Ceremony held at Dewan Jubli Perak Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah here recently.

The struggle and tireless efforts of the son of Pran Sek s/o EE Chai and Phani d/o Din Mi paid off when he obtained the Dean’s Lists for each semester and finished his study with a CGPA of 3.86.

24 MARA-sponsored IKM teaching staff graduate

KUANTAN, 19 March 2022 - Four years of commuting from Melaka to Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) Pekan on a journey of almost 482 kilometres each week is not an easy matter.

However, that was what a group of 25 teaching staff from Institut Kemahiran MARA (IKM) faced in order to obtain their degrees.

The bittersweet experiences they had to go through, along with their increasing age, almost made them not finish their studies.
