Ekspedisi UMP Tawan Puncak Kinabalu

Kota Kinabalu, 6 September- Tanggal 6 September mencatat sejarah buat 20 orang warga kerja Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) daripada pelbagai fakulti apabila berjaya menawan puncak Gunung Kinabalu yang merupakan puncak tertinggi di Asia Tenggara pada ketinggian 4,905.2 meter (13,455 kaki) dari aras laut.

Perpaduan hadiah tidak ternilai dan perlu dipelihara

Kuantan, 18 September–Perpaduan adalah hadiah tidak ternilai dan perlu dipelihara serta dihargai semua rakyat yang hidup berbilang kaum seperti di negara yang kita cintai ini. Perpaduan terhasil apabila rakyat daripada pelbagai etnik dan agama saling hormat- menghormati antara satu sama lain dan sentiasa berhati-hati serta menyedari sensitiviti dan agama serta budaya masing-masing demi keharmonian antara kaum.

UMP rewarded staff and community for quality service and exemplary work

A total of 149 University Malaysia Pahang (UMP) staff received the Excellent Service Award while 20 were recipients of the Excellent Performance Prize, which marked the university’s recognition of their quality services.

UMP also named KRT Taman Mutiara Perdana as the Best Community Partner, a show of the university’s dedication to get ahead with its communitising technology agenda.

Future graduate students need to be bold in facing global challenges

Future graduate students were advised to be bold and be prepared before entering the workforce by understanding the needs and requirements of the industry that needed them to be realistic and adaptable to the environment.

It would be an advantage for those who could speak several languages, making them more marketable.
