Pekan, 13 July 2020 - Keen on the health of employees, University Health Centre (PKU) organized a Mobile Clinic Program that encourages university staff to check their health status.

Nearly 170 staff were present to undergo a health examination as early as 8.30 am which was held simultaneously at the Tun Abdul Razak Chancellery Banquet Hall, UMP Pekan, and Astaka Hall, UMP Gambang Campus recently.

Pekan, 14 July 2020 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and AITO Firework Holding Sdn. Bhd. (AITO) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop learning management system modules and research partnerships related to the field of fire safety. 

The collaboration includes the development of the latest knowledge, technology and research in the field of fire safety.

Pekan, 14 July 2020 - The ten years of collaboration networking between Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences (HsKA), which is among the best universities in Germany, has developed a model of German engineering education, the Fachhochschule, to be adopted into the education system in this country. 

Pekan, 13 July 2020 - Faculty of Computing (FK), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) which has more than 1,500 undergraduate and postgraduate students will operate and start teaching and learning sessions in a new building located at UMP Pekan starting next October. 

The five-storey W-shaped building has two main lecture halls that can accommodate 200 students, two mini auditoriums, seven lecture rooms, six seminar rooms and 50 computer labs for student facilities. 

Pekan, 14 July 2020 - UMP Foundation expanded their funds’ distribution with the introduction of scholarships for postgraduate students to aid students in paying for tuition fees and helping to cover expenses and pocket money while they undertake their education and research at Universiti Malaysia Pahang.
