JAKARTA, 28 July 2026 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) has expanded its international network by signing a Student Exchange Programme Agreement with Indonesia's Telkom University (Tel-U), strengthening internationalisation and student mobility between the two institutions.

The agreement was signed on behalf of UMPSA by Vice-Chancellor Professor Ts. Dr. Yatimah Alias, while Telkom University was represented by its Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Strategic Planning, Parman Sukarno, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D.
