Tingkat Kesedaran Tangani Kanser

Tahukah anda bahawa kesedaran awal mampu mengurangkan risiko menghidap penyakit kanser yang mengancam nyawa? Secara umumnya, kanser ataupun barah adalah sejenis penyakit yang dikaitkan dengan ketidakseimbangan replikasi serta tindak balas sel dalam badan manusia. Menurut kajian, semakin ramai akan dijangka menghidap kanser khususnya apabila menjangkau umur 50-an ke atas. Statistik menganggarkan 100,000 rakyat Malaysia iaitu satu daripada empat orang pada setiap tahun menghidap kanser. Oleh itu, pencegahan awal adalah penting untuk merawat penyakit kanser.

Exploration Dive: Finding the Frogfish

A couple months back, my team and I went to Perhentian Island in Terengganu for a project called exploration dive. We were assisted by Mr Azharil Art from D’Lagoon Dive Centre, which was recommended by Mr Saiful Bahri Yakup, our team member who is a very well experienced diving instructor. We spent quite some time there with a few numbers of dive trip pursuing research related to marine life and the underwater environment. Nonetheless, this writing will only enumerate our work focusing on frogfish, including its behaviour, habitat, and species. 

Finswimming: A Contemporary Water Sport to Discover in Malaysia

Finswimming is a speed competition sport practiced at the surface or underwater for a specified distance introduced in 1981 in the World Games. In this game, athletes compete with equipment such as masks, front-mounted snorkels, and fins (bifins or monofins) either by holding breath, breathing tube (snorkel), or using a pressurised tank for breathing lung regulator. Lower limbs are used for propulsion and the body’s vertical displacement in monofins. Meanwhile, in bifins, crawl swimming on breast’s skill is used.

Umum menyedari bahawa dalam mengekang Pandemik Covid-19 dari terus merebak di negara ini, orang ramai dikehendaki mengamalkan penjarakan fizikal, memakai pelitup muka, sentiasa membasuh tangan, duduk di rumah bersama keluarga jika tidak ada hal penting serta mengelakkan dari tempat sesak dan sempit.
