KUANTAN, 31 December 2021 – The Universiti Malaysia Pahang Women’s Association (MATAHARI) has submitted a donation of RM10,000 to Yayasan UMP to support its fundraising efforts for the Fund and Endowment to help students and people in need.

The President of MATAHARI, Datin Dr. Mazita Mokhtar, presented the donation to the staff of the Registry Department, Saryati Md Nayan, representing Yayasan UMP at AC Hotel, Kuantan recently.

TEMERLOH, 31 December 2021 - Surprised and moved. Those were the feelings invoked when a group of volunteers from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) consisting of staff and students suddenly appeared in front of UMP students’ houses to help clean their homes affected by the flood recently.

According to the student of Bachelor of Project Management UMP Natasyabillah Afzainizam, she almost shed tears.

PEKAN, 25 March 2022 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) is offering a Science and Technology Foundation Programme that will provide opportunities for students interested in pursuing their studies in premier programmes such as the UMP-Karlsruhe University of Applied Science (HKA) Germany dual degree programme and the UMP-China dual degree programme.

KUANTAN, 18 March 2022 – A total of 24 experts from all over the country participated in an online roundtable discussion on the efficiency of media literacy and information organised by Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) in collaboration with the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) recently.

The programme was officiated by the UMP Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dato’ Ts. Dr. Yuserrie Zainuddin.

KUANTAN, 17 March 2022 - A graduand of a dual degree programme, Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) Automotive Engineering (collaboration programme with Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, Germany) from the Faculty of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Technology (FTKMA), Nurain Rozy received the Royal Education Award (Pingat Jaya Cemerlang) and the Dual Degree Excellence Prize in the 15th Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) Convocation Ceremony.
 

KUANTAN, 17 March 2022 - The daughter of a lorry driver was proud when she received the Royal Education Award (Pingat Jaya Cemerlang) at the 15th Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) Convocation Ceremony.

KUANTAN, 17 March 2022 – “Don’t be afraid to make mistakes because mistakes ultimately lead us to success in life.

“The only thing stopping us now is the way we think,” he said.

KUANTAN, 18 March 2022 - The 11-year struggle to obtain a degree is arduous and coping with various health problems is not a hindrance to success.

That is evidenced by the graduand of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Juliza Ameruddin, 36 who attended the 15th UMP Convocation Ceremony relying on a gas tank for breathing.

According to Juliza, her asthma has become more chronic, causing her to rely on an oxygen gas tank for breathing.
