GAMBANG, 14 April 2021 - Associate Professor Ir. Dr.-Ing. Mohamad Rizza Othman, 42, from the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) has been selected to represent UMP at OPTIMIZE ’21

KUANTAN, 6 April 2021 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) and Pertubuhan Dapur Infaq Ummah Kuantan (Dapur Infaq) for the first time collaborated in the development of a digital application that will benefit the local community.
The signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) also provided an opportunity for staff and students of the Faculty of Computing (FK) to contribute expertise in research and development, including for Dapur Infaq–Community Train The Trainer programme.

GAMBANG, 6 April 2021 - A lecturer from the Faculty of Chemical & Process Engineering Technology, Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Norhayati Abdullah, 42, conducted research on the water treatment process using resin.

The research project titled Ion Exchange Resin for Innovative Water Treatment System started in 2014 and completed in 2017.

“Resin is a medium designed specifically for certain ion exchange processes in water bodies.
