Announcement of QS World University Rankings 2022 results 

PEKAN, 18 June 2021 - A lecturer of the Faculty of Computing (FK), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Mazlina Abdul Majid bagged a gold medal and a special award for the Turkish Inventors and Innovators Network Award category through her research titled PISAH Covid Patient Tracking System at Home.

PEKAN, 15 June 2021 - The roles played by opinion leaders have a huge impact on the development of universities that can be disseminated using verbal and non-verbal communication. Indirectly, it will stimulate the development of the university and encourage community participation within and outside the university through the role of opinion leaders.

PEKAN, 5 June 2021 - The public and prospective students had the opportunity to meet the staff and lecturers of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) virtually at the Postgraduate Open Day held online on 5 and 6 June recently. It was the best platform for prospective students to obtain information related to postgraduate programmes offered by UMP on a full- or part-time basis and provide an opportunity for all potential candidates to choose UMP as their next higher education institution.

PEKAN, 8 June 2021 - Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) strategic network with cluster schools came to fruition when the Velionne Racing team from Sekolah Menengah Sultanah Hajjah Kalsom (Malaysia) and Shanghai Pinghe Middle Schools (China) received a special jury panel recognition award in the F1 in Schools World Finals competition held online in the United Kingdom recently. 

KUANTAN, 10 June 2021 - A doctorate student from the Faculty of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering Technology (FTKMA), Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Mohd Hilmy Naim Mohd Yakin, was announced the winner for the national-level Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition in the Technology and Engineering category.
