Profesor Madya Ts. Dr. Lee Chia Kuang raih 2 anugerah di PROMAC 2025

PUTRAJAYA, 10 Disember 2025 - Penyelidikan yang dibangunkan oleh Timbalan Dekan (Penyelidikan dan Pengajian Siswazah), Fakulti Pengurusan Industri (FPI) Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Profesor Madya Ts. Dr. Lee Chia Kuang sekali lagi mendapat pengiktirafan apabila memenangi dua anugerah utama di Project Management Conference (PROMAC 2025) anjuran The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) di Everly Hotel, Putrajaya. 

UMPSA terima Geran Penyelidikan YPASM bernilai RM100,000

BANGI, 8 Disember 2025 - Pengarah Kanan Centre for Advanced Mobility & Aerospace Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Profesor Dr. Rizalman Mamat dianugerahkan geran penyelidikan berprestij, Dana Agensi Tahun 2025 sebanyak RM100,000 daripada Yayasan Penyelidikan Antartika Sultan Mizan (YPASM). 

UMPSA student aspires to make university pioneer user-friendly and inclusive indoor navigation system

PEKAN, 16 October 2025 – Realising the challenges faced by students and visitors in locating lecture rooms and laboratories at the Faculty of Computing (FK), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), FK student, Ahmad Haziq Mohamad, 21, introduced an innovation named UMPSA Smart Navi: Real-Time Digital Navigation System for Campus Wayfinding.

The research idea began when he found that many students, including new students, students from other faculties, lecturers, and external visitors, faced difficulties locating rooms based on room codes such as BZ-01-100.

UMPSA researchers produce Malaysia’s first Paperbot through air humidity to power future robots

PEKAN, 25 November 2025 – Researchers of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) succeeded in producing Malaysia’s first ‘Paperbot’ through air humidity, which now has the potential to become a new energy source for powering future robots.

Through the strategic combination of graphite mapping techniques and origami folding on the device body, the UMPSA research team successfully developed a paper-based smart actuator film called ‘Paperbot’ that is capable of rolling on its own when exposed to continuous humidity.
