PEKAN, 3 February 2025 – The Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), Professor Dr. Yatimah Alias, today reached out to UMPSA students by distributing bottled water and bread to them before they sat for their Semester I Academic Session 2024/2025 final examination, held at the UMPSA Multipurpose Hall, Pekan.

Professor Dr. Yatimah also conveyed a message to students, encouraging them to be prepared and take care of their health throughout the examination period.

PEKAN, 17 Mac 2025 - Kebawah Duli Paduka Mulia Tengku Mahkota Pahang, Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah Ibni Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, yang juga Pro-Canselor Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) berkenan memasyhurkan masjid UMPSA di sini sebagai Masjid Al-Jazari sempena nama seorang ahli sains dan tokoh jurutera Muslim terkemuka pada abad ke-12.

KUANTAN, 23 February 2025 – Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) offers 44 Bachelor’s degree and eight diploma programmes for students in various fields aligned with industry needs.

These academic programmes cover engineering, engineering technology, management, applied sciences, and computing.

At the same time, she also met with parents and family members who attended the event, further strengthening the relationship between the university and the students’ families.

GAMBANG, 8 March 2025 – Five friends from Sabah registered together today at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) to begin their studies in the Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Technology (Petroleum) with Honours at the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology (FTKKP).

These students, all 22 years old, are graduates of the Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Politeknik Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

GAMBANG, 8 March 2025 – Ahmad Aiman As-Syukree, a diploma graduate from the Institut Universitaire Technologie de Tours (IUT de Tours), France, officially registered today as a new student at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) to further his studies in the Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with Honours.

The 24-year-old from Kuching, Sarawak, expressed that choosing UMPSA was the right decision, as the university is recognised as one of the best TVET education institutions in Malaysia.

KUANTAN, 7 March 2025 – The Centre for Strategic & Quality Management (PPSK), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), has conducted a series of workshops to develop the UMPSA Strategic Plan 2026-2030 (UMPSA30) at Grand Darulmakmur Hotel.

The two-day workshop aimed to outline the university’s strategic direction for the next five years.

PEKAN, 14 March 2025 – In the world of electrical engineering and artificial intelligence (AI), the name Associate Professor Dr. Mohd Herwan Sulaiman is increasingly recognised as an active researcher in power system optimisation and AI innovations in the energy sector.

Hailing from Johor, he currently serves as the Deputy Dean (Research and Postgraduate Studies) at the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Technology (FTKEE), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA).

PEKAN, 14 Mac 2025 – Dalam dunia Kejuruteraan Elektrik dan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI), nama Profesor Madya Dr. Mohd Herwan Sulaiman semakin dikenali sebagai penyelidik yang aktif dalam pengoptimuman sistem kuasa serta inovasi AI dalam bidang tenaga. 

Beliau yang berasal dari Johor kini berkhidmat sebagai Timbalan Dekan (Penyelidikan dan Pengajian Siswazah) di Fakulti Teknologi Kejuruteraan Elektrik dan Elektronik (FTKEE), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA).
